Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after your order is processed and shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
